The Print Shop Policies & FAQ's

Mock Ups & Samples

We want to ensure that you get the apparel and prints you desire! To make sure of this, we offer mock ups for all of our custom designs.

Our print shop is stocked with all of our apparel, and available to you. If you'd like to come in and see samples of our product prior to placing an order, send us an email to set up an appointment.

We also offer samples to be shipped out to you, we just require the cost of the apparel as a deposit and the cost of shipping.

Artwork

Nor sure how to submit your design?

We require you to submit your artwork to us in a JPEG or PNG format, in as high resolution as possible.

Due to copyright laws, we are only able to print original designs. If you submit artwork that is not original to you or public domain, we will not be able to fulfil your order.

Turn Around Times

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 weeks of being paid for. However, turn around times may vary depending on the size of the order, product availablity and time of year. For the most accurate turn around time estimation, fill out the "Request A Quote" form, and we will let you know hoq quickly we can fulfil your order.

Shipping

We ship with all the major companies, and will ensure the lowest shipping price to you. The cost is determined at the time of shipping and will be invoiced to you upon shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom apparel, all custom orders are non refundable. Approval of mock ups will serve as formal approval of the design.
